Delivery of Your Products
Delivery time takes up to 10 to 12 working days from the receipt of payment, however most orders are delivered earlier than this Where a product is dispatched from a secondary warehouse, delivery time could be up to 15 working days.
Knives 4 U make every effort to deliver products as early as possible. Times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship orders within these times, circumstances beyond our control may occur. If your order is not received after the estimated time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver to the address indicated on the order form.
Goods will be dispatched by Australia Post. If no-one is available to sign for the product a card will be left advising that you may pick up the item from the Post Office at a time more convenient to you
Title and risk of property will pass to you on the signing for it at Australia Post.
30 Day Guarantee & Your Rights to Return a Product
Knives 4 U offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. The goods have to be returned to Knives 4 U in the same condition as first shipped, the postage is the responsibility of the customer.
All products supplied have this Guarantee. If the product is faulty, please advise Knives 4 U as soon as possible through the web site with you proof of purchase, so a replacement or credit may be arranged.
Knives 4 U reserve the right to test products that are retuned for credit or replacement & if the product is deemed not to be faulty, Knives 4 U may in its discretion refuse to replace or refund the product.
When a product is replaced, the replacement product becomes your property and the faulty product becomes our property.
When a refund is given, the product returned remains the property of Knives 4 U.
Return Authorisation
Knives 4 U must be advised of Products to be returned, so as an Authorisation Number can be issued. Without this number products can not be returned. Products must be returned to Knives 4 U within 14 days of the issuance of this number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging and including any and all of the accessories that were shipped with the product.
Replacement of Product:
Where a replacement product is required, it will be shipped to you at your expense after we have received the returned product. The delivery time for the replacement product is the same as the original product. Replacements carry the same Warranty as the original product.
Refunds:
Where a refund has been arranged, it will be enacted upon receipt of the faulty product. Refunds do not include postage and packaging or associated costs for the returned product. Refunds will be at your advice, a cheque from Knives 4 U or a direct deposit to a nominated bank account.
Manufacturer Warranty
Where a product has been supplied by Knives 4 U that carries a manufacturer's warranty, the Knives 4 U Limited Warranty does not apply.
If at any time after you purchase a product you discover what you believe is a Product defect or fault, Please contact the manufacturer directly using the Manufacturer's Warranty Information And Terms and Conditions packaged with the product, for the replacement or repair or replacement of the product.
This Warranty along with Proof of Purchase should be stored in a safe place as this is very important for both would be required if a claim should be enacted in the future.
